The costs specific to the yachtsmen were categorised into the areas below. 

 

Haul and Launch:

 

Haul and launch rates are charged as one fee when a boat is being taken out of the water.  Not all countries interviewed have that facility available.  Table 2 provides the rates of haul and launch in the various countries in US dollars.  The rates quoted are for boats under 60 feet as well as over 60 feet. The figures quoted indicate the costs of mono hull vessels.  In most cases multi hull vessels carry an additional charge of 40-60% more per foot.
